The broadband line was connected to the main phone socket I only had one. The last engineer who came added another socket on the other side of the wall like picture 8. But it has made no difference. I have had three engineers already here and no one seems to know anything.

Try getting another engineer visit and ifthat does not get your speed to expected range then post back and we can see if mods CAN help you
