The speed to my hub has always been fine until last weekend it was fine to my hub but very low from hub to devices. BT say the problem in in the house. Nothing has changed in my house. 2days later all was ok then last Thursday afternoon it dropped again then a few hour later it was fine. Again. Till yesterday Saturday afternoon it has dropped again. Can’t get any help from phoning BT. I’m a plus customer doing a speed check comes up unable to do technical error BT.
Hi BT have checked my line someone from India yet I signed up to BT Plus. I’m told my speed to my hub is good and they have checked my line they say the problem is because I’m using my iPad and iPhone . Nothing has changed in my house but BT say they can’t do anything. Not happy with BT, still waiting for my son to do tests to send to you.
