Broadband

Over the last couple of weeks our broadband keeps dropping and then reconnecting more or less straight away. Usually starts around lunchtime, no set pattern. Usually lasts for a couple of hours and then is all okay, occasionally drops during the afternoon. Area code 01508. Thanks

Seems to affect several ISPs so may well be an infrastructure problem.

check your landline for a dial tone  if ok then dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone

is it the actual broadband that is dropping - lights on hub change colour - or is it the wifi that is dropping

Hi, line is completely silent using corded phone. Yes, lights on hub change colour. Another reply has suggested infrastructure problems in 01508? Thanks
