Thanks I did try that no last week, it was all automated, did a line check said faulty arranged an engineer appt which I had to cancel. I’ve got another appt since but then conflicting txts about me txting GUIDE for help. I haven’t as I don’t want it to mess up appt & wait even longer as will need to go away again soon as m in law dying. They couldn’t even set up my mini hub temporarily
