Hi, I’d like to ask if anyone is currently experiencing broadband problems. (Lags, drops etc)
I’ve reset my hub several times. Tested the speed (BT app saying 400, Speedtest saying 175). So there’s something definitely going on.
Any BT customers out there experiencing any issues like this would be greatly appreciated to know.

The MyBT app shows 2 readings. Speed to the hub and speed to device. Which no other speed test provides. You’re saying it’s one reading of 400. Try running the test again and see what the speed to device is. If you’re using WiFi to run the test then speed to the device is going to depend on the quality of your WiFi signal and capability of the device you’re using. Speed to hub should be within whatever your BT broadband contract is.
