I have the BTSmarthub 6 and have connectivity issues. I reset the router, spoke to BT, had engineers come through and no one has been able to solve the issue. The issue itself is that the connection drops/disconnects on all of our households mobile devices. On laptops the connection occasionally drops but is fine for the most part. A few months ago there was a fault and Bt resolved it but our issues didn't get fixed. Any help is greatly appreciated.
