Bt drop outs still occurring

Feel this may be a continuation of
https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity-Speed-Connection/BT-Infinity-Multiple-drop-outs-daily/td-p/1...

Three drop outs today, could wind/rain have an affect on overhead lines from telegraph poles?

An engineer came out and fixed a corroded connection when I raised this previously, however we have had occasional disconnects and 3 today is quick succession.

Previously when we attempted to call the line it said it was out of service

if you connect to tets socket with a filter then try quiet line test by dialing 17070 option 2  shouls be quiet and best with corded phone  if no dial tone then report a phone fault to 151

Why don't you try it again? It's easy enough. 17070 option2.

Which is what we had in previous tests before the engineer visited , engineer upgraded our socket the the dual port version (adsl and phone) when he visited before.

So it wasn't out of service then. Can you post the hub connection stats?
