We move our home and the bt service with us, in an email they inform us that the broadband and the landline service should be set up up to midnight 2nd April but still doesn't work. We set up new hub as it was in the instruction to our openreach Modem, restart it view times and there's still orange light what means that the service isn't running or connecting. Is any chance that someone could help us and check it? There's no chance to call or chat because the line is all the time busy or chat isn't available 😕

That is FTTP and the PON and LOS lights are red meaning no connection. You need to call the FTTP team 0800 587 4787
