Hi everyone.i need help!!! Since last year I have had constant problems with the bt smart hub.i am now on my 4th one.The same thing happens every single time.they work fine for between 1-2 months then turn solid orange.I cannot factory reset as it doesn't respond.BT keep saying my line is fine,and funnily enough when I plug my old home hub 5 in,it works perfectly!! How the hell can that be?! I'm baffled.currently waiting on another hub being delivered but I know the same problem will arise eventually.
