I emailed bt the screen shot of the open reach enquiry of what speeds we can get all they gave us was a phone number to the loyalty team what good will that do if we call them up? other isp are happy to take my order and put me on a new line and will install a new ont that will supoort up to 900 speeds
I got offered 1000/115 for £57.99 buti know you will only get up to 900
Surely bt can switcb us to a new line and ont if other isps can why cant bt even if we wait untill june cancell and order a new package?
