WHERE DO I FIND MY CONTRACT INFORMATION?!

Your contract start date is when the service went live, your contract duration will be on the order confirmation, as you stated you joined in April 2020, it will be a 24 month minimum term.

You should be able to see the order confirmation at www.bt.com/mybt and look at the original order, that will confirm the monthly price, contract duration and when your start dates is, the rest is links to the terms at www.bt.com/terms and calling plan charges which are found at www.bt.com/tariffguide

You can contact BT and then they can resend the confirmation in the original format it was sent.

First of all you need to go to this page. https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Then select the order that you wish to view, and on the top right there will be a link saying "Show contract terms"
