Hoping for some advice.
We’re in a new-build property and are having issues with slow speeds due to being connected to a cabinet over 1600m away.
Openreach have installed a new ‘infill’ cabinet actually in our street, which we are told our services ‘run through’ and have requested a Cease & Reprovide to said cabinet to improve speeds.
The Cease has been requested, however, the new cabinet has since been taken offline and is ‘undergoing maintenance’ and therefore unable to accept the re-provide request.
How do I find out when these ‘engineering works’ are due to complete, so our services can be re-provided?
