That's why I'm trying to ascertain where cab13 is physically located to determine your distance from it. There are supposedly 2 cabinets located in or near Finningham, cab13 and cab 3 and another cab 11 along the B1113 toward Bacton, but the source of the information is not that reliable. If the cabinet that is 100M from you does indeed have a 13 painted on it there there is probably some sort of database error. If, however, that is not cab 13 and you are connected to a cabinet some distance away, it will explain the projected slow speed.
you are far to far away from the cabinet to get a faster speed much further and there would be no FTTC option shown
Yes, but what number is it?
As I keep saying, we need to know where cabinet 13 is located and if the one you are speaking about is indeed 13 or another number.
That's the problem, its only by physically seeing the number on the cabinet that you can tell which cabinet it is. Its possible that it is cab 11 that is close to you and cab 13 is elsewhere.
I've had a play with a few addresses and Finbows yard is connected to cab 11.
A house called Highfield on station road is connected to cab13 but that also has slow projected speeds.
