Can see it's not just me

After being signed up to unlimited fibre 2 for last 18 months, when it was all installed for the first month was getting 80mrg then from nowhere was dropped to anywhere between 15meg and 39meg.
So I phoned up to complain and spoke to customer service who said you need to be on super fast fibre 67meg guaranteed.
Well all went live and at my end I'm getting just over 1meg.
So just spoke to cs who said you need a smart hub soon as that comes through the post everything be getting better speed with a smart hub other than my hub 5

Anyone got any idea

Post the stats from your hub

enter your phone number and post results  delete phone number but leave rest

try quiet line test. Dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone
