Can someone explain why, since around, 15th of January my internet disconnects in the early morning?

Ever since around the 15th, my "BT Hub 6A" will basically drop the signal ALWAYS (without fail) between the hours of 3am and 9am, i have had almost a whole month to track this, so it's not random, my internet then stays up from whenever it happens, for upto 13 hours, until it drops again, heres my current router stats and logs.

is my HH6 dying or what? i've only had it since november, the reason i ask is because ive searched around and people seem to have so many issues with BT routers
