I can not access my Academy's VLE https://frog.dixonsaa.com from a BT Line. However, I can from my 3 mobile data connection. Moreover if I check the website at downforeveryoneorjustme it reports that it is up (http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/frog.dixonsaa.com).
Firstly, can any other BT Customers access https://frog.dixonsaa.com?
Secondly, when can BT restore access to this resource as it is vital for our students to be able to access the resource in order to revise material over the half-term? Please could this be made a priority?

I can access the site from both of the links in your post.
What's the error message reported at your end.
It's working fine here as well.
You should try clearing you browsing history/ cookies and cache to see if that helps and instead of using a link or favourite to access it try entering the address manually into the browser.
If that doesn't help try turning your router off for 15mins and once restarted see if it connects.
