Can’t delete a device on homehub

Hi

i am logged in to the smart hub manager and can see a list of devices. There is a device I want to remove but it is currently connected.... the delete button is greyed out, do I have to wait for this device to disconnect before I can remove it?

thanks for any help

Tommy

Why do you want to delete a connected device? I ask as I'm trying to find out what you wish to achieve.

OK got ya. Unfortunately I can't help as I've never used a BT hub. Hopefully one of the other guys may be along who has one.

EDIT : Is it still there if you reboot the hub?

Re: Can’t delete a device on homehub

Are you sure it is a tablet or are you just going by the graphic in the hub.

Do you have any other devices such as powerline adaptors that could be the device that is showing?

Is it still active or is it possible that it his a device that was connected previously and has not "cleared" from "devices connected" section.
