We recently bought an Acer laptop and have used it wirelessly with our BT Home Hub 2.0. In the last week or so we 've been unable to get on the internet. I've tried moving the laptop closer to the hub and router but to no avail. We get a message that says 'your broadband modem is experiencing connectivity issues'. Can anyone help please?
I've got an Acer LapTop and have np with the wireless connection. What OS are you using and have you setup your Network/Homegroup?
Have you enabled HH3 for wireless and if so does your laptop show in the homenetwork devices page?????
Have you enabled you A/V firewall???
Check the above out and ket us know.
The laptop is running Windows 7.
Afraid I don't understand the questions about setting up a network / homegroup and enabling an A/V firewall.
The wireless worked initially on the laptop but then failed.
When you say HH3 I'm guessing that stands for home hub but we have hh2.
