Those are the stats. As i said i've had the same engineer at my home 3 times and he's confirmed there is nothing
wrong with my line or any of my equipment ( although bt sent me a new hub for some reason weeks ago and it solved nothing)
can you run btspeedtester and when first test completes run diagnostic test and post results
I click further diagnostics & some kind of test runs then i get :

Both. I have a laptop and set top box with wired connections and my phone using wifi.
Yeah, thats what the engineer told me. He said the fault was either the card or backplane. Card was changed and the problem still persists so only the backplane remains. Indian tech support though are adamant the problem has been fixed
and wont listen.
up until you just said backplane i could have sworn he said backplate
