I just ran the tests on my side to I can see the result on there.
I will need to run this past our suppliers again as the first fix hasn't sorted it.
They arent available now until Tuesday, would you be available to take a call Tuesday evening?
I'll be out of office Friday evening but I can call you on the Saturday if that works ok.
I'll do my best to keep you updated of any changes in the meantime, so you're aware of whats happening.
Just a quick update before our chat tomorrow. I dont know if you have spoken with bt wholesale since our last conversation. Just ran a speedtest and dl speeds are still slow.
I will post a screenshot here for you and bt wholesale can see my last speedtest anyway.
Thanks for taking my call today, it took a bit of time but now that the infrastructure work has been completed, I am pleased to hear the speeds have improved.
