Connection Problems

Hi There I Have Got Bt Hub 5 And For Some Reason  My Connection Keeps On Dropping Ive Noticed A Few  Issuse On Bt Hub Log  this is the log from when it disconnected it Self Can Anybody Help Me With This Issue

That just looks like wireless disconnects, are Ethernet devices affected, and does the light on the home hub change colour?

Light on hub goes to green then flashes red and stays red then goes to blue my computer is connected to hub via Ethernet

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

I had a simular problem with bt home hub 2 it was suggested it was a high restance joint the problem

It could be, you need to listen to the line when it drops out, to see if you can hear any crackle, as a high resistance joint will cause that.
