Our broadband connection is continually dropping off. I have called BT, logged faults online and chatted online too. Everyone I speak to thinks they have sorted the problem only to find that we get the dreaded orange flashing light. Homework for my children and me watching Netflix is a nightmare!
Sometimes the phone line is very crackled other times not. Sometimes if someone phones the broadband drops off. Has anyone experienced this and if so did it get repaired?
Are you using the test socket with a filter to eliminate problems caused by your internal wiring. If you have extension socket check that there is no dial tone whether socket in use or not
