At least once per day my connection will drop out entirely for a couple of minutes, and then resume like normal. I've had an Openreach test the line and they couldn't find any faults. I've attached below some logs from yesterday when it went down, and wondered if anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this or any guidance on what to next?
Have you tried using the test socket with a filter?
check for line noise. Dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
can you post hub stats. If hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information

Thanks for your help.
I have tried with a filter in the test socket behind the SSFP, with no luck. There is also no noise on the line, which Openreach confirmed too using his Viavi tester & butt phone. Some days are fine; others it just drops out numerous times per day.
I've posted the stats below. I have noticed when using the internet, the Noise Margin for the download drops to around 1 before it drops out - thanks in advance!
