Connection is not the minimum guaranteed 67mb anymore

I have infinity 2, and when it was first installed I was getting a 67mb download speed. But now its more like 46mb-48mb which is way below the guaranteed on the order page.

I have noticed that my sync speed is the following

I've done all the home checks. I haven't changed anything since the day the bloke set it all up. 

Can a mod take over this problem for me? If you still do that, as i've had good service from the mod team before. The normal people I speak to on the phone are extremely unhelpful and I do not want to go through that again. I don't use a house phone but I did plug one in and there is no noise apart from the dial tone.

have you tried using the test socket with a new filter to see if that improves your connection by eliminating the faceplate and your internal wiring

Hi Paddy, yes it made little difference really the upload speed was slightly higher but that could have been because I tested it at a different time than when I performed the first test.
