Connection lost

I’ve lost connection...the frustrating flashing orange all afternoon and evening. Several restarts and numerous calls to BT unable to fix. BT simply start ‘checks’ and then hang up the phone. I’ve found the service to very unreliable since I joined in February and am seriously considering changing provider!

if you have a Homehub 5 can you also post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/

The stats for the Home Hub 6 can be found on the Information page from http://192.168.1.254 then Advanced Settings -> Technical Log.

Do you have a dial tone? Is there any noise on the line, 17070 option 2?
