Connection to FTTP

We're in a rural property and are down to get FTTP as we are too far from the cabinet for FTTC.

We have planning permission to convert a barn to 3 properties for us and our family. The cost to a developer by Openreach to connect to FTTP On Demand is £3K per property.

However, can I just request a connection via BT in the noraml way once FTTP is available ( i.e. yards away ) and avoid paying for these design and connection costs ?

Re: Connection to FTTP

Yes. Once the properties are built the "new" occupiers will be able to order FTTP once it becomes available in the same way as you can.
