Wouldn't be the first time a fceplate has been faulty...
You could try a factory reset of the hub by holding in the recessed button for about 20 secs until the lights flash.
Ring customer services. If you are still in a contract, it should be replaced for free, otherwise you would have to pay for it, or agree to a new contract.
The alternative is to use your own modem/router instead.
Can i get a moderator to look in to this for me? I managed to factory reset the Hub using the browser but still disconnecting multiple times a day. I seem to be getting nowhere.
You cannot factory reset by any browser only by physically using the recessed button.
Are you still in contract? If so ring in and ask for a replacement.
