DSL Link Down - HH5 loses connection daily due to this error???
I have been experiencing my HH5 reboot (With Orange flashing light) atleast once a day and the DSL Link Down error appears in the event log?
Any advice on how I can fix this?
I have done a quiet line test and do get a crackle on the line. Spoke with Customer Support yeserday and the advisor said he had updated the settings and would reset at his end then BT would monitor my connection for 24hours. Yet since then the DSL link has dropped out, twice. Unsure where to go next?

If you have noise on phone line then report a phone fault to 151
