In the past two weeks I have been getting frequent disconnections, sometimes several in the space of 30mins.
I have a relatively new Smart hub, with Bt infinity,and my event log shows each drop as DSL is down, followed by a PPP LCP send termination request (user request).
I've run a quiet line test and tried the test socket, neither has solved the problem. Unfortunately that is the limit of my network knowledge as I am NOT technically minded. It seems others have had this same problem, but I can't find a definite solution anywhere on this, so does anyone know what might be causing this and how to solve it?
