Dalkeith Exchange - BT Infinity

Just found out that the rollout of FTTC in my exchange has been put back 9 months when it was previously scheduled for March 2012.

I am utterly furious about this.  Why am I paying the same as everyone else for about 120k download speeds? The web is almost unusable and they are charging me for it! Unbelievable.

BT are a farce.

Hi Kilfinan,

If you would be happy to post your Home Hub Stats, and also run a speedtest at http://www.speedtester.bt.com and we may be able to help you out, sounds like you have a profile problem.

Go to http://192.168.1.254/ and go to A-Z top right hand side of the page, navigate to ADSL Status and then post the stats including Attenuation, Sync Speed, Noise Margin and errors etc...
