Decreasing connection speed.

I know that my connection speed has not stabilized below the Fast Guarantee of 4Mb. But, do you think the attached test chart indicates a problem? 20200613_chart.png

Looks like your connection is still unstable and you really need to solve the cause of the drooping connection before you are going to make any progress
