Totally fed up with the lack of progress with my full fibre order placed 15th December 22. Why tell customers full fibre is available when you have to wait and wait then can’t find out what the reason for the delay is. Phone calls chasing are pointless and the order just says sorry - and estimated engineer visit day after day. Had the new router etc day after placing the order on 15th Dec. All I see down the road are other providers doing fibre installs! Where do I go to find out what’s happening- the order tracker is pointless…….
