It says my postcode is served from the wrong exchange & cabinet, I am connected to a different exchange & cabinet for sure
Could this be the reason the BT wholesale further tests is giving an error?

I received a mail back, yeah, my postcode is serviced by 2 different exchanges causing a problem, probably ok on the BT side
I sent BT wholesale an email asking what the problem with the speed tester is
my disconnection problems started mid January after bad weather
There was a cherry picker fixing lines at the boundary of the 2 exhanges the day after it started
the Further Diagnositics stopped working at this time too
my connection was stable before this
