Openreach are not going to break into a multi pair cable to extract one pair just to give you a faster connection

and for reference that multipair cable could have up to 500 pairs in it and some lines are pressurised

they could feed 400m of cable from 45 to the junction box where the lower guage wire is connected to upgrading me & my neighbours

They could but the won't, as there's nothing wrong with your telephone line for its intended purpose.

I would like to remind everyone to keep it friendly and constructive.  

 

@MaximusPrime I'm afraid that Openreach will not re-route your line to a different cabinet to improve your broadband speed. I understand that the same questions have been asked and answered on your other thread yesterday that had to be locked.  

 

As this thread is no longer constructive I am going to lock it also.
