Ok so like clock work my hub disconnects - I tested it as you have shown me, and for literally a second the line crackled, but then went silent for the rest of the time testing
Then you have an unresolved intermittent line fault.
As this is a multiple repeat fault,
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
