I am getting really slow download for my SUPERFAST FIBRE 2 connection recently.
Upload is okay, like 15-20Mbps
However, download is slower than 10Mbps
This is much slower than the advertised 67Mbps average speed.
When I was first installed the service in September, it was quite okay.
Now it can't even allow two users watching Youtube or Netflix at the same time.
I've done the speedtest on BT and it suggests that should be some connection issue.
Not sure if I should call the service engineer?
Does anyone have any ideas as to how to solve the problem please?

@superuny Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see that you're having problems with your connection speed. You're connection is currently affected by a congestion issue which BT Wholesale are aware of and had estimated that it would be fixed last Friday.

Hi Everyone this should now be sorted as Wholesale were able to migrate the customer to an alternative SVLAN which is not affected by the congestion issue.
