As you have already been to the Ombudsman and also through the appeal procedure and lost your case there is not much point in replying anymore so I will opt out and let others continue
the mods have already said there is nothing they can do

I do understand that you're not happy with the speed of your connection. Your case has already been through the Ombudsman review process which has outlined BT's final position. I'm sorry if you weren't happy with that outcome. There is no further support or advice the Community can offer.
I'm locking this thread I don't see any value in allowing this thread to continue.
