Re: Drop in download speed after fault

Well after the assistance of a mod, I now understand after line speed has now settled @ 59Mbps (used to be consistant 77 - 79Mbps), that's all I'm going to get.

The thought is that there's been some work somewhere, probably in a cabinet, to supply more properties, and that the exchange to home speed I was getting is now being shared.

Not sure though why my BB hub is resarting itself every couple of days though, current uptime is just over 14 hours, and I have never once initiated a restart or turned off the hub. Every few days when I wake up my PC, there's BB down message from BT, and/or the hub will be flashing red. Then I check the Hub technical log and see it's been off.

Thanks all for your input 😍

Thanks for helping @pippincp   I did see that, but running speed tests, I get different results.

Re: Drop in download speed after fault

Make sure there's nothing running in the background, especially if you have a Mac or iPhone connected.

Re: Drop in download speed after fault

I have done. And aren't these speed readings to the hub? So anything else would be included? If you see what I mean.

The PC I'm using for these is wired 2 feet from hub.
