I recently ordered a weekend calls and Infinity 1 package. I was asked for the MAC code a couple of weeks ago. The order for the line completed today but there is nothing mentioned about the Infinity. I phoned 150 today and they put me through to sales and have raised a new order for the weekend calls and Infinity 1 package. I am concerned that i would somehow be billed twice for this as the original order has a billing start date of 20-Aug, but the new package has a billing start date of 3-Sep. Is it normal that you have to phone BT to reorder the Infinity after placing your original order on the web?
