Eero 6 dual-band mesh Wi-Fi 6 extender

Good day all,

I have just changed my provider from Ogi full fibre  to BT full fibre and have 2 Eero 6 dual-band mesh Wi-Fi 6 extenders which I used with my previous provider , am I able to use these with BT full fibre please?

I can think of no reason why not - as long as you don't require a telephone "landline" using digital voice. In that case you have to use a BT Smarthub 2 or equivalent EE router to get its telephone socket.

Thanks for the speedy reply, I have no telephone "landline". how would I go about ssetting this up please?

In exactly the same way as you did with your previous supplier.

Presumably you just have extenders rather than an Eero router as well as extenders.

I just have the extenders and a BT router when I plugged the extenders in with my old provider it automatically picked them up,with BT they dont

Presumably they still expect to see the old router. Factory reset them and set them up afresh.

Reset extenders and the BT smart hub 2 don't recognise them,thanks anyway

I'm not familiar with the Eero devices, but the hub won't connect to them, they connect to the hub. What do the setup instructions say?
