Eligible for Fibre but every time we order it they say we’re not!?
Our small cul-de-sac is (according to online checking tools and BT themselves via telephone) eligible for Superfast Fibre. However, on the numerous occasions we have tried upgrading (both through Sky & BT) we seem to run into the same issue - which no one seems to be able to fix.
No one on our street has Fibre due to this, yet apparently we’re perfectly fitted and able to receive it.

If anyone can shed some light on the possible problem that would be great. The whole surrounding area has fibre connectivity, including neighbours we know on adjacent streets.
