I just received a personalized email specifically listing my email address etc and I went via the link and saw an offer I liked. I went to do the upgrade online and after confirming my account details etc the system then tells me I'm not eligible for that offer because I'm an existing customer and then offers me a bunch of much worse options.
Can someone help me out here and order for me the plan that was offered via email?

Sorry that you haven't been able to take up the offer that was emailed to you.
If you call 0800 800 150 and ask to speak to the Loyalty team they will be able to let you know the best possible package available to you. They may ask that you email them a copy of the email you received.
