Emergency broadband hub

How can I get a BT emergency broadband hub?  My neighbours have been sent one.  The local BT broadband cabinet was damaged in a recent accident and since then the local area has no phone line or broadband.  I'm trying to work from home etc.

I guess you’re talking about the BT 4G Mini Hub. It’s part of the stay connected guarantee for BT Halo customers, so if you are on the BT Halo package they can send you one out when you call to report the fault.

If you can let me know the exchange and cab no I can have a look at the expected repair date for you. Openreach are normally pretty quick at restoring service following an RTA on the cab but if you are in an area affected by the storms it may take longer.
