I having problems with my broadband (speeds incredibly under my speed guarantee and hub restarting every frw hours) since the 11th last month so as of tomorrow it's been over a month. Within this month I have contacted BT a countless number of times trying to get help for my issues and I've been promised over and over again an engineer appointment, each day nobody has show up and as result I've taken 2 or 3 days off work to sit around waiting on someone who's not even showing up! At this point in extremely frustrated and don't know how to fix this as BT don't seem to want to help please can anyone give advice
