I keep getting this message when I try and check on my Broadband order on MY BT, I tried live chat , they could not help, I was promised a call back Monday , nothing and the error message is still there, anyone had this before or anyone with live orders getting the same

That’s ok many thanks any way. Well the error message has gone, a combination of things I think,I was recorded as a BT employee and a wrong lost code , I think I have managed to get all that sorted.
