I share a flat with two people and have tested the speed with different devices and all seem to experience the same speed issue. Has there ever been reports of hardware or firmware faults of the particular Hub that I am using? Mine is the BT Hub 6A.

can you run btspeedtester again and then diagnostic test after first test completes and post results  http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
