Hi guys and girls.
I have been back and forth with BT for over a month now regarding Fibre to the Cabinet.
All my neighbours can get FTTC but I can't, they said my line runs straight from cabinet E10(?) and not 11 which is right across the road from me!
I phoned last week to ask them to update my NAD key, received a phone call back today and they said FTTH is not available in my area yet but when I phoned last week I specified it was for FTTC it needed updating.
When the cabinet was installed we were not with BT hence our line was overlooked and not routed into the cabinet. Can someone please help me with this because I have been trying to get fibre for years as copper line broadband is too slow for what I use it for and my phone will change to 4G itself because of the lag.
Are you currently a BT customer? If not there is nothing BT Retail can do for you and you need to seek resolution via your ISP.
Yes a BT customer since 31st of December and line went live on the 15th of Jan.
Its possible you are directly connected to the exchange.
In order to find out what services are available, please enter your phone number into this form.

I think the OP is aware of that and is querying why his line wasn't routed via the cabinet when it was installed and other lines were moved from being EO.
@garethrjones92 Is your line fed from a pole and if so are any of your neighbours fed from the same pole able to get FTTC?
