Sorry, can you clarify. Do you mean there are no properties connected to the same pole as you or that there are but they cannot get fttc either

I've given you the path to persue. Up to you if you use it.
If there is another property connected to the same pole as you that has FTTC it must be a database error, all pairs on a DP will go back to the same cabinet/joint (E10 isn't a green cabinet it is just a cable joint).
@licquoricejust phoned the FTTC team to enquire why they can and I can't and they didn't want to take my call, they were very reluctant.
There isn't an "FTTC" team, just a BT sales team. As routing of your line has nothing to do with your ISP there is nothing they can do for you unless you get them to agree to request an ORDI from Openreach.
