You need not do anything now if an ORDI has been requested. Be aware it can take up to 2 weeks for this to be resolved.
I have just spoken to the BT team who said they have not received an ORDI request. I am a BT retail customer with a working line.
My problem is my address can't get fibre but all the others on the street can. I'm connected via a pole to E10, a property behind me is also connected via the same line on the pole who's got a different postcode but can get fibre. Been told I need an ORDI update and my address is correct on the NAD.
40 out of 42 houses can get FTTC yet I can't! Also read I could be on a bronze and not silver or gold key.
Can anyone please help as I have been trying to get Fibre Broadband since they installed the cabinet and I'm at the end of my tether.
Is your address correct on the Royal Mail database?
