then you need engineer visit to find cause of low speed - less than estimated  will be easier if mods help you and arrange engineer visit  they will post here

@stoswaldWhat speed range did they say on you would get?

 

The distance from the cabinet means nothing, as the cable may not go direct to your house.

 

You are connecting above the handback speed at the moment.

You are getting 56Mbs, which is above the minumum, and it may improve if you leave it alone.

 

They will not investigate if its above the minimum speed.

You were quoted a minimum of  52Mbs, so you are within the estimated connection speed.

It may also improve if you leave it alone, no restarts or disconnections.
